The building stands out for its glazed envelope, which defines its architectural identity and enhances the relationship between interior spaces and the external environment, while ensuring abundant natural light and a seamless visual experience.
The combination of the semi-transparent photovoltaic roof made with the Glass-Glass product and the facades built using Heli-On illustrates how technological innovation and architecture integrate harmoniously, creating a space that is functional, efficient, and of high aesthetic value.
In this project, two technologies have been integrated: the semi-transparent Glass-Glass technology for the roof, and the transparent Heli-On technology for the facades. The two technologies work in synergy to ensure maximum energy efficiency, indoor comfort, and sustainability, without compromising the architectural quality and overall aesthetic appearance of the building.
The roof is made with Glass-Glass photovoltaic glass, engineered to intelligently incorporate an insulated zone and a shaded zone, capable of modulating the intake of natural light and thermal comfort within the spaces. This configuration helps optimize the building's overall energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption for heating and cooling.
The vertical surfaces, on the other hand, feature the use of Heli-On technology, which allows for the integration of completely invisible photovoltaic modules within the glazing. Thanks to its transparency and visual continuity, Heli-On makes it possible to maintain the facade design without compromising aesthetics, transforming the glazed surfaces into true renewable energy generators.
