The project is part of a significant architectural development in the province of Milan, involving the redevelopment of the office area within a logistics complex. The design involves the installation of 44 high-performance glazing units, engineered to guarantee elevated standards of safety, comfort, and energy efficiency. Each element is made with shatterproof glass and features effective acoustic insulation alongside high thermal insulation.
Heli-On technology has been integrated directly into the glazing system to enable the generation of renewable energy in a completely invisible manner, without altering the aesthetic of the facade. The combination of safety, comfort, and energy innovation defines a project that is fully aligned with the demands of contemporary architecture.

Heli-On represents the next generation of photovoltaic technology, designed for seamless and harmonious integration into the glazed surfaces of buildings.
Unlike traditional visible photovoltaic panels, Heli-On offers a significant evolution: a 100% transparent solution that maintains a uniform and continuous appearance. In this way, the photovoltaic glazing is not merely a functional element, but becomes an integral part of the design, enhancing the aesthetics of the building while simultaneously improving its energy performance.
From a technical standpoint, Heli-On ensures thermal performance equivalent to that of a standard double-glazed unit, guaranteeing high indoor comfort. It thus enables the production of renewable energy without any compromise on occupant well-being or the quality of natural light within the spaces.
